Topcon supplies inspection equipment for the advanced semiconductor devices which are used in wide range of products such as digital home appliance. In IC defect inspection processing, Topcon enabled automation of the semiconductor manufacturing inspection process. We have also engaged in joint development of advanced mask and wafer inspection instrument, and in supply of electron beam unites.
